- 2 cups water
- 1 orange
- 1 plum
- 2 bananas
- 3 tbs hemp seed
- 6 dates
- Large green salad with Cashew Ranch dressing
- Potatoes
- Pumpkin Bisque
Dinner (we were invited to a birthday party)
- Boiled potatoes
- String Beans with other veggies (steamed)
- Vegetable soup
