Food intake today (for the work-day):
• Cup of Teeccino with 1 teaspoon of honey
• Green Shake: apple, beet greens, water, 2 tsp Spirulina
• Bowl of raspberries with 1 tbsp of honey
• Slice of raw bread (gluten-free, of course ;) )
• Side of potatoes under a blanket of greens with fresh lime juice as my dressing
• 1 pear
