I was creatively inspired during our RAW week, so I feel very generous.
I updated my amazingly tasting Chocolate Cheesecake. It tasted great before, but now it is super fantastic—a sure crowd pleaser, regardless whether you are treating raw vegan, vegan or any other crowd with it.

The great part about it is that it takes very LITTLE time to make—less than baking one. You will be forced to exercise a little patience while the cake is freezing, of course, BUT it will be worth the wait.
Now, I KNOW that you all want the recipe now. However, like I said before, I feel a bit attached to it—it is going to be a part of my cookbook [when I have time to finish it], which I will be offering through this blog to everyone. But I do want to share the joy of raw eating with my faithful readers—by on-line friends.
So… you voted, I listened and I decided to give a recipe for this scrumptious raw vegan cheesecake to not ONE, but TWO lucky winners. There is going to be a catch, though—you will have to make it, eat it ;) and then write a review about it and send it to me.
