Food intake today--all totally Gluten Free!

Morning Smoothie
Serves 3-4
  • 6 large leaves bock choy
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 orange
  • 1 plum
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 tbs hemp seed
  • 6 dates
Lunch/Snacks
  • Large green salad with Cashew Ranch dressing
  • Potatoes
  • Pumpkin Bisque
Everything was absolutely delicious!

Dinner (we were invited to a birthday party)
  • Boiled potatoes
  • String Beans with other veggies (steamed)
  • Vegetable soup
