Citrus Salad

Citrus SaladIngredients
● 2 cups chopped kale
● 2 cups chopped bok choy
● ¼ of medium size red onion thinly sliced
● 1 orange, peeled, quartered and sliced
● 1.5-2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
● 3 tablespoons olive oil
● Sea salt to taste

Preparation
● Combine all ingredients.
● Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
● Mix and chill before serving.
