Green tea is a kind of tea made solely with the leaves of Camellia sinensis, which is minimal oxidation during processing. Green tea originates from China and has been associated with many cultures in Asia from Japan to the Middle East.  According to research report,  the health benefits associated with high consumption of green tea. It has been shown positively affect on many systems of the human body and control the development of certain diseases. The main constituents  are minerals and antioxidants, which proved the benefit to the  body. For last few years ,many people have been heard the green tea benefits on overall health, but not a lot knows why exactly. However once you learn all the health benefits of green tea, you get completely different feeling every time you drink.
