Eating of healthy diet is an important for good health. Our nature gives color wheel of fruits and vegetables, which contain a stream of nutrients they keep our body naturally healthy and glowing. All these luscious fruits and vegetables (red, orange, pink and green ) are present around us to contain natural vitamins and nutrition that keeps our body energized and smiling. Among these, the pretty reds (red fruits and vegetables) contain a highly effective antioxidant the Lycopene, which helps fight cancers, prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovasular disease, reduce the bad cholesterol level, improving immunity and delaying old age. Lycopene also has good protective effect on skin; it protects the skin from harmful radiation of the sun. People who do exercise and eat lycopene contain diet helps better their body functioning. Apples: Everyone knows “ an apple a day keeps the doctor away” because its contain flavonoids,  polyphenols, iron and vitamin-C. Strawberries: They are good source of manganese, Vitamin A, E, C and folic acid as well. They also rich in dietary fiber and iodine. The manganese act as co-enzyme to assist metabolic process, absorption of calcium, formation of connective tissue and functioning of thyroid gland and maintaining of blood sugar level. It is good for anemia patients, diabetics and osteoarthritis patients and reduce the risk of atherosclerosis.

This pepper helps build the immunity system and reduces inflammation in cases of arthritis and asthma. Due to presence of vitamin K it prevent blood clotting, protect the heart.
