HEALTHY AND HOME TIPS TO HAIR GROWTH


Many of the young people at age of 16 years face a hair loss problems due to variety reasons like stress, improper diet, and lack of exercise, exposed to chemicals,  etc. In these situations,  it is necessary to find some hair remedies to treat the hair problem. For this, many products available in the market, which is high cost due to research expenditure. Fortunately, hair growth can be improved by using home ingredients which are not allergic to many people. Followings are some of the tips to hair growth.

1. Make a mixture of equal parts of coconut oil and castor oil and heat.  When the oil is enough hot, take it and massages the scalp and hair. Leave for an hour and then take a towel, dip in boiling water and cover your head. Repeat this 4-5 times until the water loses its heat. Then it was off.

2. Egg Yolk, raw egg is very effective tip for hair growth when apply to the scalp and massage it. Yolk has very essential proteins which require for hair growth and thickness. We can use egg yolk with henna for effective growth hair.


3. Essential nutrition for hair loss.       A good multivitamin and mineral supplement to ensure optimum nutrition. As B-complex B-vitamins in the daily diet is to have missed. Take fish oil or flaxseed daily for omega-3 fatty acids which essential for healthy hair growth. Other supplements like silicon, vitamin C, beta carotene, biotin, folic acid and ginkgo, which improves blood circulation to the scalp. Hair, skin and nails products have such supplements to promote healthy hair. 

4. Olive oil is perhaps the best known component. It is available in almost every household. Olive oil is known to reduce the  hair loss and improve the condition of the scalp. Rub a few drops of oil on the scalp after a hair wash. Notice how the hair began to shine immediately.

5. Wash your hair not more than twice a week. But if your hair is very oily, and you need more time, it was a very dilute shampoo.

6. Coriander Leaves: Fresh extract from green coriander leaves  should be applied to the hair. This is advantageous phase of hair growth. Also, the juice of curry leaves is beneficial for the prevention of hair loss.

7. A home treatment is to combine 1 / 2 tsp. essential oil of rosemary and 1 / 2 tsp. Oil, jojoba oil, mixing until smooth. Apply this to the hair, making it for a few hours, then rinse.

8. Mix a few ingredients to create the home made hair care solution. These components can also lemon juice, mustard, olive oil and egg yolk. The solution is then apply on the hair and scalp and leave  for about an hour. If you do not have time during the day, you can also apply  in the night before bedtime. Remove the towel in the morning and just clean the hair before head bath.
