Every day each of us lose a little hair. Our body then replaces it with some new hairs  in the renewal of many processes that are integrated into the systems of our body. Thinning of hair and increase hair fall: Today thinning of hair is very common problem to every  one irrespective of age and gender , due to stress and pollution. Thinning of hair or sudden hair loss is usually a sign of iron and protein deficiency. Be certain to add ample amounts of iron and protein dense foods to stimulate hair growth and prevent hair fall. Have vegetable juices and wheat grass juice, and snack on dates and figs to stimulate hair growth. Another reason for hair loss can be an improper thyroid functioning and thus eating food rich in iodine like sea food and kelp supplements  are include in your diet.
Premature Graying of Hair: This graying of hair starts from 14 years because of diet problems. Over indulgence in refined foods, incorrect lifestyle and increase stress play a havoc on our hormonal levels and they precipitate the graying of hair. Although the direct link between the role of diet and premature graying of hair is yet to be estatblished, it is known that the amino acid tyrosine acts as a precursor to the pigments which are responsible for the coloring of our hair and skin. Hence, adding good quality proteins in the diet helps to regulate the secretion of this hair coloring pigment called melanin. Early graying of hair is at times hereditary and not much can be done about it. However, ensuring a well balance diet with optimum levels of vitamin A,B,C and proteins aids in regulating the secretion of oil and promoting healthy hair. Dark leafy vegetable like spinach, broccoli and methi provide anti ageing antioxidants and nutrients needed for shiny and black hair. Regular massages of amla paste on the scalp and using a shampoo made from natural shikakai. Chewing of dried amla also help in delaying the process of graying.
Oily Hair: Greasy or oily hair is often result of excess oil secretion from our sebaceous glands. If you exposure to dirt, sun and dust for long minutes it may gives oily look. Diet plays an important role causing and also reducing chance of getting oily hair. You should avoid fried and oily foods and adding a generous helping of vitamin B in your diet.  To avoid the unwanted oiliness from your hair by eating lots of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Massage your scalp with a warm mixture of lime juice. You should avoid using of hair gels and sprays so they make the hair oilier.
