Aging is a complex process.  As the age increase, the organs of our body and their functions change. These changes result in body  susceptibility to various diseases. 
The changes gradually increase as you get older as a rule. In aging s
ome physical changes are common like your metabolism slows down over time, means that your body needs less food energy than earlier. The most people need glasses between the ages of 40 and 50, and many have a hearing loss later in life. The bone aging increase from age 50. Most vital organs gradually become less effective with age. The kidneys are less able to store enough water in your body. And the heart cans weak and abnormal function due to poor diet and exercise.
Healthy aging is an art of increasing your health span (the number of years living in the best possible health). This art helps develop and maintain optimal physical, mental and social well-being in older adults. Even if you have a chronic illness such as diabetes, heart disease, arthritis and other health problems, you can improve your health. 


 The followings are some tips to happy and healthy life with aging.

• Exercise: Exercise is the best way to start anti aging effect. If you do regular exercise, you can maintain  your body younger and to reverse disease and prevent age-related diseases. Regular exercise not only feels the fitter, more alert and younger,  it also helps to prevent a myriad of cardiovascular and related diseases. According to health reports, walk for 30 minutes a day increase 1.3 years the life of a person.
• Balanced diet: some things are good to eat and some things are bad. From the "good" list are fruit and vegetable fibers, raw nuts and whole grains. Eliminate "bad" things are difficult, but a diet that restricts fat is essential. 
Salt should also be limited, even for people who are not hypertensive. Refined sugar consumption should be limited to persons with or without diabetes. 
• Stay hydrated: Drink eight glasses of water per day. 
The amount of water you drink should be determined by the activity, moisture and age. To ensure that you are well hydrated, by check the color of your urine. When it is dark gold, drink more water. 
 • Stop unhealthy habits: Of course, stopping unhealthy habits are difficult than done. Smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can have the negative effects on health. A sedentary lifestyle is unhealthy. Starts a good life by  help to others and maintains  a good friendship and  relation with family, to preserve life. 
• Stay socially and mentally active: You should maintain a strong network of friends and family and a become a best host for your health. 
• Rest, sleep and rest are essential for health. Everyone should have  slightly different amounts. The average amount needed sleep is seven hours. If you are tired, take rest on little. Exhaustion can lead to many diseases. 
• Watch your weight: With age, fat tends to store in organs and increase body weight. If you are more overweight you will live short and unhealthy life. Overweight and obese people are at significantly higher risk of developing many diseases. Short and obesity increase mortality. 
• control of blood pressure: High blood pressure is known as a silent killer and can lead to heart attack and stroke. It is relatively easy to recognize and control. Medication, exercise and proper nutrition are common treatments. 
• Be positive: it gives  a happy  life and improves  immune system as well.Every day spends 20 minutes focusing on a very uplifting thought or memory. This way you will feel better and your immune system will get a boost. Be positive about the needs and expectations. 
 Life is very short. it can change suddenly without warning. Avoid to hastening  decision and plan before doing any work. If you follow above tips you will get happy and healthy life irrespective of your age.
