• Avoid strong exposure to  sunlight and as possible to keep in the shade. The majority of skin damange caused by the sun. So do not forget when it comes to wearing a sunscreen lotion at least SPF30. The sunscreen provides protection from harmful sun rays. Better to take sunscreen when you go out  and the results can wear off after a few hours. 

• A healthy skin age slowly. You can make your skin healthy with exercise. Do you do regular exercise to keep skin firm and increases flexibility. Exercise also keeps the skin brightness and improves blood flow to the skin. 

• The skin aging is also associated with stress. So,  slowing the aging process of skin you have to measure your burden. Meditation is the best stress buster. Meditate for at least 5 minutes per day is the best way to stop aging. 

• Good nutrition is important for maintaining healthy skin and reduce the effects of aging. Your diet should include foods rich in nutrients, so your skin gets the nutrients to recover old cells. Reduce intake of caffeine and soda drink s and stay away from junk food. 

• You can also use  vitamin supplements if your diet is not enough you to ask them. Supplementation with vitamin A is very good at reverse skin damage, and also to prevent skin cancer cells. To limit the damage caused by sunlight, you can vitamin C supplements, which act as anti oxidants.

• Peeling is a technique to reduce the aging of the skin by  use a mild scrub on the face. This is the best way to get rid of all the dead skin cells. This technique also reverse the sun damage the skin and protects against harmful radiation. 

• Smoking causes the skin to age faster. In addition, the skin makes wrinkles and leathery. So don’t  smoke or reduce your habit. 
• Drink plenty of water throughout the day (at least 2 -3 liters). This keeps the skin hydrated. The water also helps to eliminate skin toxins. 
• Give your body enough rest. This makes all the body organs to  get recharge and improve  their functions.  Sleep at least 6 to 8 hours every day.
