GOOD MENU FOR HEALTHY SKIN AND HAIR

Skin and hair are the two components of our physical existence, which reflects our health. Dry hair, dull face,  pale lips and broken nails are a sign of poor health, which we must be diagnosed by doctor.  Many people wonder why, despite eating a lot of food but  don’ t look healthy. There are many reasons why some people have problems with skin and hair, some of the reasons explain below:
  • Most of the people eat low nutrition value  food and  processed food  in the diet, which  are acidic and  leads to dandruff and hair fall.
  • They use low amount of  raw salads in the diet, which are having essential enzyme. Due to not use of  raw salads in the diet , cause deficient  of enzymes leads to a  dull pale complexion.
  • Constipation is  the starting point for ill. 
  • High stress lifestyle with poor mental relaxation. 
  • Recovery from illness. 
  • A sudden weight loss.
Some health tips to healthy skin and hair:
 
  • Add sufficient protein, such as soy, black Chana, either for vegetables, fish and eggs in your diet. These proteins essential for muscle building, skin tone and hair growth.
  • Eat the adequate  amount of zinc and chromium, which is easily accessible from nuts and seeds. These minerals help for skin texture and maintain body  metabolism.
  • Make a diet having  equal portions raw food and cooked food which brings skin glow and shiny hair.
  • Sulfur and silicon vegetables such as broccoli, onions, sea vegetables. Silicon maintains elasticity  of skin.
  • Biotin is which is essential for hair ,  found in brown rice and soybeans. 
  • A bit of linseed oil for essential fatty acids and the ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids for maintenance. 
  • All B-vitamins are found in  colorful fruits like papaya, watermelon, oranges, etc. Vitamins essential for maintain hair and skin.
  • Vitamin C is found in the amla  and all citrus fruits which are act as antioxidant and maintains healthy skin.
  • For acne-prone skin: a teaspoon of carrot juice mixed with the amla and cucumber juice makes the skin very well,  when they are combined with a water bath of neem leaves. 
  • Coloring of the skin: The ideal diet should have all the fresh salad and a teaspoon of juice of carrot juice in the morning. 
  • For sensitive skin, a soothing aloe vera gel works well (but you should do a patch test before use).
  • Consume lot fiber foods  to improve digestion and relieve constipation, for this you  have apple and guva e.t.c.
Besides above tips,   you should do regular exercise and yoga which helps in blood circulation and maintaining healthy skin and hair.
